Quality Assurance
All Atelier projects are managed by the Director of the Senior Associate. The management of the projects at the most senior level within Atelier ensures high levels of quality control and consistency in the work undertaken by Associates. As can be seen by the track record of projects managed by the Director and the Senior Associate over several years, the scale and scope of our Projects indicate the Atelier management capacity. Atelier always delivers projects on time and to the highest quality standards, a core commitment in our establishment.

The Director maintains liaison with clients over the course of the projects, ensuring responsiveness to emerging issues and a continuous flow of information about the progress and findings of the project. This aspect of our quality assurance plan reflects the Atelier commitment to working with clients so that shared understandings are built on the basis of the review work undertaken.

Our administration has proven, high level skills in undertaking the diverse administrative tasks involved in review projects. The Professional Assistant has high level skills in liaising with jurisdictions, schools and stakeholders in order to ensure that their needs are met while at the same time project requirements are fulfilled.

Atelier has proven and high order report writing capacity. This capacity constitutes one of the elements that enable our projects to capture the information in ways that are most useful to the clients and their strategic directions.

Ethical Considerations
It is essential to conduct all projects in a manner that will protect the confidentiality of respondents. It is also vital that all care is taken to minimise any “harm” to them. All participants are fully informed of the intentions of each aspect of their involvement and all will are free to withdraw from participation at any time. No names or addresses are used in any publication and any names taken for contact purposes remain in a secure environment and will not under any circumstances be released.

In writing up the material, care is taken not to identify specific participants, positions or schools either directly or indirectly by inference or oblique reference. Care is taken at all times to avoid any situation that could cause embarrassment to respondents or to place them in a position to divulge information they do not wish to share.

In all circumstances, Atelier guarantees to keep all personal information obtained confidential and protected in a secure environment. We also guarantee to assess potential harm to respondents through vigilance during field visits. Where potential harm arises during visits, we undertake to do all possible to minimise the impact of that harm.
