Atelier Action Research
Our holistic approach is based on looking at the eight interacting dimensions of school life – learning, student well-being, teaching, curriculum, parents, community, leadership and evaluation. For any substantial cultural change to occur in schools, our premise is that the eight dimensions have to work in concert. Our action research, therefore, explores issues in each dimension, informing school personnel about the underlying interactions with the change project being undertaken.

Atelier Associates conduct large scale action research with schools across Australia, working closely with teams to tease out and plan directions, gather, analyse and feedback data and refine plans. The pressure and support we provide have been recognised at school and departmental level as producing cultural change and informing both policy and school practice.
